1. Guarantee Period
This guarantee lasts for 30 days, starting from the date your order is marked as delivered.
2. What is Covered?
This quality guarantee covers defective packaging, severe leakage during transit, or compromised product formulas (e.g., spoiled or damaged upon arrival) under normal use during the guarantee period. During the 30 days, NovaHair will exchange or reship, at no charge, products that prove defective due to the aforementioned manufacturing or shipping issues.
3. What is NOT Covered?
This guarantee does not cover problems caused by:
- Individual Hair Differences: Variations in color results due to individual hair characteristics, including starting hair color, hair texture, and previous chemical treatments. These are normal and do not indicate a product defect.
- Improper Application: Undesired results caused by failing to strictly follow the provided instructions, incorrect mixing, or improper application times.
- Normal Consumption: Products that have been completely or largely used.
- Improper Storage: Product degradation due to exposure to extreme heat, cold, or direct sunlight after delivery.
4. How to Claim Your Guarantee (For Defective Products)
If you experience an issue with your NovaHair product, please follow these simple steps:

- Provide Proof: Include your Order Number and a short video or clear photos demonstrating the issue (e.g., damaged packaging or leaked product).
- Evaluation: Our support team will review your case within 48 hours.
- Resolution: If the defect is covered, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund, and provide instructions for next steps.
5. Non-Quality Returns & Shipping Fees
If you wish to return an unopened and unused product for reasons other than quality defects (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong color), please contact us within the 30-day window. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. However, please note that the actual cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount once the returned item is received and inspected.
6. Replacement Policy
If a replacement is issued, the guarantee continues from the original delivery date; it does not restart with the arrival of the replacement product.
7. Transferability
This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from our official store (trynovahair.com).
8. Limitation of Liability & Medical Disclaimer
NovaHair’s liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the product as described above. NovaHair is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Crucially, hair dye products may cause allergic reactions. NovaHair strictly advises all customers to perform a 48-hour skin patch test before full application. NovaHair shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, scalp injuries, hair damage, or medical expenses resulting from the failure to perform a patch test or from individual sensitivities. Results are highly dependent on the user's base hair color and condition; we cannot guarantee an exact match to promotional materials.
